Group Runs Photo's

New Fall Schedule: Tuesday at 7:00 PM from the Store; Sunday at 7:00 AM from the Store.  The Store runs consisting of Tuesday evening track workouts and Wednesday evening distance runs have been a great success and welcome all ages and jogging/running abilities.  Check out some of the group run images we have so far HERE.

Get some reflection in your life!!  Fall has officially arrived and so have early morning and evening runs in the dark.  We have lots of ways for you to let cars know that you're on the road, including products from Brooks Night Life collection.  So keep running, but be safe!

We all run for the pure enjoyment (don't we?!), but there's nothing like the nerves that most of us get before a race. There will always be personal favorites, but upcoming we have a few that we, at Lynbook Runner's Stop, would like to put the spotlight on for very special reasons.

Ocean To Sound Relay - Leg 12008 Ocean To Sound Relay
