First Wave Tri

If you're looking for Triathlon Training, First Wave Tri is a great new club.

The group is led by Kerry Simmons, a Level I Certified USAT Coach, 3 Time All-American USAT Triathlete and 3 Time Team USA World & National Team Member.

Kerry's credentials are very impressive, but don't let that intimidate you.  First Wave Tri is a great place to go if you're training for your first tri, or if you're a veteran working on improving your performance.

Lynbrook Runner's Stop St. Patrick's Day Hash 2009

The evening turned out to be a little colder than we might have liked, but all who participated in the Hash had a great time.  Many thanks to the Ford's and the Moran's for hosting the 2nd and 3rd On In's and to the Lynbrook Police Department for shadowing us and making sure that everyone stayed safe.  We ran/walked 4 or 5 miles depending on the trail followed.  Killian's Red was enjoyed at the start and the three stops along the way and then we ended up for a celebration at McQuades Neighborhood Grill in Lynbrook.  Click title or image for a visual experience.
